Welcome Friday once again and time to think about the last week and celebrate all those little (or big!) things that made us smile. I haven't really been around blogland all that much over the last few days, not for any particular reason, but I have been trying to enjoy the sunshine and the light evenings after work to get outside. If you live in the UK you will know we don't like to waste the sunshine when it does appear!
So this week I am celebrating:
- Leaving the house without a coat!
- Sunny, light evenings.
- Enjoying several walks.
- Winning a copy of Annalisa Crawford's new ebook 'Our Beautiful Child.' Looking forward to reading this one, thanks Annalisa.
Out now on Kindle
Happy weekend everyone.
I love being on your list this week - I hope you enjoy it!
ReplyDeleteThis weather has been so lovely. And it is lovely to be able to leave the house without second guessing your outfit!
Let's hope the sunshine hangs around a while :)
DeleteWe had a torrential downpour in Buffalo yesterday. But the weekends supposed to be beautiful. So glad your weather is nice, and walking is what I like best.
ReplyDeleteI love to get out and walk, excellent for thinking things through! Hope the storm passed safely.
DeleteCongratulations on winning Annalisa's book!
ReplyDeleteCheers Alex :)
DeleteWonderful celebrations! I love getting outside!
ReplyDeleteHappy reading that new book and enjoying the outdoors!
It's good to get the extra exercise!
DeleteNo need for a coat is nice indeed
ReplyDeleteDefinitely!
DeleteCongrats on your win!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Beverly, hope the training is going well.
DeleteThe sunshine has been lovely, but I've mostly been hiding inside due to my hayfever! It's so bad this year. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteOh no poor you, hubby seems to be suffering with it this year - he never has before. Hope you can enjoy some of the sunshine, Laura.
DeleteI've also been enjoying taking walks. :) Congrats on your win!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Chrys. Walking is a good, free exercise!
DeleteThese are great reasons to celebrate! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteAnd here, it snowed. :-D
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend.
Oh gosh, really snow? That seems so strange right at this minute!
DeleteIsn't leaving the house without a coat freeing? Makes me want to dance.
ReplyDeleteExcellent way to think about :)
DeleteYes, the weather's been lovely - it really feels like summer now. Not great writing weather, though. I think rain is best for that!
ReplyDeleteYeah rains and stormy weather tend to inspire me too :)
DeleteThe weather has been fab this week! I hope it continues!
ReplyDeleteMe too :)
DeleteWarmer weather is always something to cheer about and I'm sure you're very excited about winning the book. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteHi, Suzanne. All great things to celebrate. : )
ReplyDeleteCongrats on winning the book!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you had a great week.

I'm hating the sunshine here in Dubai - way too hot. But wishing you much more and lots more walks. :)

My son and his wife are in the UK for a week while they find a house, daycare, and meet his instructors. They'll be living there for a year, so that means I'll be visiting sometime next year. Would be so awesome if you're in the area. Happy Almost Summer, Suzanne.
ReplyDeleteWow, let me know when and where you are visiting.
DeleteAll lovely causes for celebration. And I know what you mean about the sun. It was a clear day yesterday, and I couldn't wait to go outside. (Rains almost constantly in the winter here.)
ReplyDeleteA sincere congrats on your win!!! And isn't going outside the best??
ReplyDeleteWow, I dropped by to see if you posted again, and I discovered that I had not followed you! I thought I had? Now I am. Happy Wednesday. :D
