Autumn sunshine

Sorry I missed the Celebrate the Small Things post on Friday. My internet connection has been a little slow for a day or two. I'm not sure why; things were taking ages to load and I just sort of gave up waiting! Anyway, things seem to have settled down again, the internet fairies have their sparkle back, so I thought I would share a couple of photos from a walk I took on Sunday afternoon. It was so warm walking along the cliffs it could have been August. In fact it was actually warmer than a lot of our August! Autumn walks don't all have to be trees and fallen leaves - although I love that too.

Have a good week all . . .

  1. Yes, the weather has been pretty good, hasn't it? Getting more autumnal now though. My internet has been dodgy for ages now - I think it's got something to do with my Windows 10 upgrade, but I hated 8 so much, I don't want to go back.

  4. Looks like a great place! My net's been difficult the last days as well. Maybe if your little fairies are working again, mine will kick in again soon too.

  6. Hi Suzanne .. I'm coming part of the way towards you from tomorrow onwards ... and the weather has been amazing - long may it last - but I suspect that the rain is coming .. hopefully we won't get deluges and will be able to see parts of the south Devon and north Cornwall, Devon and Somerset coasts ...

Definitely Cornwall .. must be near Helston somewhere .. cheers Hilary

  9. Looks almost warm enough for a paddle! Shorter days now so we need sunshine, and I'm hoping all the lovely autumn leaves will cling on for a little while yet.

  11. Hi Suzanne,

We have some really awesome beaches in the UK and your photos prove that.

Another tropical day in Leek, Staffordshire. Okay, it's cooler and it's raining!

Enjoy the rest of your week.
